The votes follow the principle of "one person, one vote". The system monitors each participant to vote only once (single vote), their vote to be discretionary (secret ballot) and to vote only the person who receives the invitation (direct vote).
We have rescheduled our polls system to suit the needs of the communities of owners. According to the Spanish Horizontal Property Act, the board shall be voting in public and the vote of each participant will have the weight of its total stake in the community.
In this way the communities of owners may use this system without restrictions as every voter knows who has the right to vote and the weight of their vote. Furthermore, the system distributes the results to those who have voted.
